Master of my Domain: chance... by doing what?
What triggers the x% chance +1 items attribute on this inscription? I suppose its using the particular skill, but I'm not sure.

While wielding that item, every time you use a skill that is in the same line as the mod (death magic for example) you have a x% chance of casting it as if you had +1 attribute in that skill.

it just means that u have a 20% chance to cast a spell/skill at +1 lvl of your attribute. So if you are spamming SF on an elemental...at attribute of 12...then in theory 1 out of 5 spells will cast SF at attribute lvl 13.

Aye. For Instance. I have a Hale Conjuring Staff of Communing. The "of Communing" means "Communing +1 (20% chance)"...so often my spirits of pain are level 7...but there is a 20% chance of them being a level 8 (because 1 more attribute in communing makes them a higher level). I always get a buzz when I see the +1 working
